Gynecology — Year 4

This course develops a structured approach to the prevention, diagnosis and management of common gynecological conditions using current Ukrainian standards of care and authoritative international guidance.

Learning route

  1. Review the topic materials and official clinical sources.
  2. Complete the clinical tasks and justify the diagnostic and management plan.
  3. Take the topic self-assessment and study the answer explanations.
  4. Return to the relevant learning material when the result or clinical reasoning needs improvement.

Expected outcome

By the end of the course, students can recognise gynecological emergencies, construct a differential diagnosis, select proportionate investigations, plan safe management and communicate with patients in a respectful, person-centred and non-discriminatory manner.

Clinical decisions must be aligned with current Ministry of Health of Ukraine documents, local care pathways and up-to-date international guidance.
